TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SEASON PASSES:
- All rates and information are subject to change. $20.00 fee is charged on any check returned by any bank.
- Early Bird incentives do not apply to Family Pack, Junior and College Passes or the Frequent Skier Card.
- Enclose proof of age when ordering a Junior or Senior Season Pass. A photocopy of driver’s license, birth certificate or other official document will be accepted if date of birth appears.
- If ordering one of the Family Packs with a child pass the child must be 6-17 years of age and proof of age will need to be provided. Family units are subject to verification.
- When ordering a College Season Pass student must provide a current college ID and a letter from the bursar’s office.
- Redemption of the frequent skier card may not be combined with any other discount.
- Season passes are NON-REFUNDABLE and (with the exception of the Transferable pass) NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- Lift tickets obtained with a season pass may not be given or sold to any other skier.
- Skiers and ski lift passengers are governed by New York State SAFETY IN SKIING CODE, Article 18 of the New York General Obligation Law. A season pass may be revoked without refund by management for misconduct, abuse, or violation of the N.Y.S. Code Rule 54, Article 18, “SAFETY IN SKIING CODE.” Belleayre Mountain will not tolerate any antisocial misconduct of any form. Violations of ski area policy will result in revocation of season pass, non-refunded. Passholder agrees to seek and read ski area policy that is posted at all ticket locations.
- BEFORE AFFIXING YOUR PASS or allowing any pass to be affixed to your person, your attention is directed to a posted :WARNING TO SKIERS” before you decide to participate in the sport of skiing.
- The Safety in Skiing Code requires you to seek out and read and understand the “WARNING TO SKIERS” before you participate in the sport of skiing.
“WARNING TO SKIERS”
Downhill skiing, like many other sports, contains inherent risks including, but not limited to the risk of personal injury, or death, or property damage, which may be caused by variations in terrain or weather conditions; or surface or subsurface snow, ice, bare sports or areas of thin cover, moguls, ruts, bumps; or other persons using the facilities; or rocks, forest growth, debris, branches, trees, roots, stumps; or other natural objects or manmade objects that are incidental to the provision or maintenance of a ski facility in New York State. New York Law imposes a duty on you, to become appraised of, and understand, the risks inherent in the sport of skiing, which are set forth above, so that you may make an informed decision of whether to participate in skiing notwithstanding the risks. New York Law also imposes additional duties upon you, to which you must adhere, for the purpose of avoiding injury caused by any of the risks inherent in skiing. If your are not willing to assume all of these risks and abide all of these duties, you must not participate in skiing at this area.
RELEASE:
I have read and understand the NOTICE PRINTED ABOVE. I have read, reviewed, and understand the “WARNING TO SKIERS: posted at this ski area. I signify that I am aware and understand the risks inherent in the sport of skiing as set forth on the “WARNING TO SKIERS”. I agree that this acknowledgment shall be for the entire term of the pass received. For their entire term, I relinquish my right to a refund of the purchase price of the pass purchased that is allowable under the Safety in Skiing code for those persons unwilling to ski because of the risks of the sport or the duties imposed upon skiers by law.
