FULL TIME LIFT MECHANIC
Minimum qualifications – Must have four years of full-time experience under a skilled journeyman mechanic, apprentice training in mechanics or training gained by completion of technical courses in mechanics at a school or technical institute. Must be able to climb towers and be willing to work in all kinds of inclement weather. Applicants must possess a valid current driver’s License.

- IT2104 - New York State Employee Withholding Allowance Certificate. Complete so that your employer can withhold the correct state income tax from your pay.
- IT2104-E - Certificate of Tax Exemption from State Withholding. Submission of an accompanying W-4 form reflecting federal exemption status is required.
- USCIS Form I-9 - Employment Eligibility Verification Form.
