October 7 & 8, 2017 at the Annual Fall Festival. Stop off at the Belleayre Booth and talk to Kathy about becoming part of the Belleayre TEAM as a snowsports instructor. Belleayre instructors teach the techniques of skiing and snowboarding, according to guidelines established by resort and PSIA/AASI, in a group or individual setting and based on customer skill level. You must be energetic, outgoing and able to interact with guests in a friendly and fun manner.
Join us on November 4, 2017 in the Longhouse Lodge from 1pm to 4pm for the Annual Belleayre Job Fair. Department supervisors will be on hand to discuss all positions available across the resort. Applicants must be dependable, hard- working, customer service friendly and willing to work weekends and holidays, some positions require prior experiences or certifications.
SNOWSPORTS DIRECTOR – BELLEAYRE MOUNTAIN
Belleayre Mountain, an ORDA managed facility, is seeking a Snowsports Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the mountain snowsports plan and its implementation. This candidate will also be responsible for Belleayre’s overall snowsports strategies including private lessons, group lessons, adult programs, children’s programs, race programs and adaptive programs. In addition, the Belleayre Snowsports director will oversee all of the subordinate staff members directly in charge of these programs.
Minimum qualifications: This position requires current certification under PSIA or AASI and at least 5 years of experience in Snowsports school management. The successful candidate must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have knowledge of Microsoft office programs and capable of learning our Siriusware Point of Sale program. We are looking for a candidate that has strong motivational skills and a vision for the future. Knowledge of Belleayre and ORDA’s policies are plusses.
Wage: Wage will be dependent on qualifications and experience.

LIFT MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT – Full Time Position
Minimum Qualifications – Must be able to perform skilled and semi-skilled operation, maintenance and repair work on all chairlifts and surface lifts. Must be willing to climb lift towers, work in various types of inclement weather and be able to operate a variety of power driven tools. Must possess a valid current driver’s license.
