THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING SEASON!

It has been a fantastic season here at Belleayre, but all good things must come to an end! Our success can only be credited to the continuous encouragement of you, our Belleayre family, friends and staff.  This winter proved extraordinary with 130 days of skiing & riding and 152” of natural snow, which we would have liked more of, but what skier or rider doesn’t?  We had our fair share of highlights and challenges with the weather, but this winter we were fortunate to ski and ride into April with 70% of our terrain open.

Our ski season may only run from late November through early April, but the spring and summer are never static here. We will be working on a multitude of projects at the mountain to improve the customer experience, concentrating on:

  • The new Catskill Thunder Gondola
  • The design plans for the upgrades to the Discovery Lodge
  • The new deck for the Overlook Lodge
  • The addition to the ski patrol building
  • Upgrades to the snowmaking lines & new snowgun purchases
  • And general maintenance to the mountain

Don’t forget to visit us at Belleayre Beach this summer for some fun in the sun, the Belleayre Music Festival series, Your First Mud Run in July, The Overlook Mountain Bikes All Terrain challenge in August, the 10K Summit Endurance Challenge in late August/early September and of course the Annual Fall Festival over Columbus Day weekend.

It has been a blast sharing this winter season with all of you and we are looking forward to the spring, summer and fall! Don’t forget to purchase your passes for next season before August 11th for the best prices!

Thank you all for such a memorable season!

Sincerely,

Tim Maxwell
Belleayre General Manager
