DISCOVERY CLUB ROOM
We offer a room separate from the main room in our Discovery Lodge to our groups. It is available by reservation only on a first come, first serve basis. Please make sure to call in advance if you are interested as this room books quickly! For availability check our Discovery Club Calendar.
CENTERPLATE
Centerplate offers on mountain catering from Apres-ski wine and cheese, to lunch, to five course meals. Groups must consist of 25 people or more. Please check the quick links for menus and then call 845.254.5600 xt 1316 to make reservations.

TICKET PICKUP
Tickets are purchased in the GROUP SALES booth out in the BUS LOT on weekends & Holidays. (Lower, Discovery Lodge, Bus Lot) between 7am & 10:30am. If there is no one in the bus lot please go directly to guest services and ask for group sales.
PAYMENT POLICIES
The group leader must collect all monies in advance and handle the ticket transaction for the group. Payments must be made in the form of cash, check (made out to: NYSDEC),VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Other payment methods must be set up in advance.
* Helmets will be available for rent in limited supply only!
It is best to rent prior to coming up to the mountain or
purchase your helmets ahead of time
to take with you
on each ski outing!
