Use the group sign up worksheet to help keep yourself organized & keep track of your group's need s. TIP: knowing how many tickets & equipment rentals(skis and snowboards) are needed before you get to the cashier will make your transaction faster.

If your group plans to rent equipment either download the rental form and make copies as needed or call 845-254-5600 x474 at least two weeks prior to trip so they can be mailed out to you.

Bring all forms into the bus lot the morning of your trip to be marked paid. TIP: With stamped rental forms your group will be able to bypass the cashier in the rental shop and go straight to the equipment counters.

Upon arrival to the group leader will purchase lift tickets and rentals at the Group Sales Building in the bus lot. It is best if your group stays on the bus until the leader returns with lift tickets and rental forms. While the group leader is getting tickets a bus greeter will board your bus and tell your group of conditions, events, and hand out trail maps and wickets (ticket hangers).
TIP: Please make any changes to your invoice prior to 11am. (Additional tickets or rentals)

An any level lesson is included with the purchase of every group ticket. So if you are just starting out wanting to learn to ski or learn to snowboard or if you just want to brush up on your skill, we have you covered. All lessons are one hour long. Please let us know how many people will be taking a lesson and at what ability level ski or snowboard so our snow sports staff will be prepared to accommodate you. TIP: To redeem their free lesson groups need only to show their group lift ticket to the snow sports desk.
