Kidscamp is the perfect learn-to-ski-or-snowboard program for children with expert instruction and plenty of snow fun with other kids the same ages and abilities.

December 17th is the Tentative Opening Date of Kidscamp (weather permitting)
Kidscamp is a full-day instructional program for skiers and snowboarders.
Age Requirements: Skiers ages 4-12 & Snowboarders ages 7-12. Children must be toilet trained & out of diapers.
Schedule: The program runs from December 17th to April 1st, Saturdays, Sundays & holiday weeks and three Fridays before holiday periods (Dec. 23, 2011, Jan. 13, 2012 and Feb. 17, 2012), weather & conditions permitting. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
About the Program: Two sessions will be available: 9 am to 2 pm or 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. Extra holiday Fridays will have a single session (10:30 am to 3:30 pm). The program includes four hours of lessons, rentals (if needed), lift ticket, lunch (additional charge) and supervision for the day. On-snow time can vary with weather, snow conditions, class dynamics and stamina. Groups form according to age and ability level. If you are unsure of your child’s ability level, please check our classification chart below. Participants may be moved to a higher level as their skills improve during the day. Check-in: Check-in for the 9 am session will be from 8 am to 8:30 am. Check-in for the 10:30 session will be from 9:30 am to 10:00 am. Reservations will not be honored after check-in time.
Price: $102 including rentals & $80 without. (helmet rentals are an additional $13). Price includes lift, lesson & equipment. Lunch can be purchased for $8 extra.
Location: Kidscamp meets in the lower level of the Discovery lodge (next to rentals).

Special Savings: 6 packs & 10 packs. Purchase a 6 pack (pay for 5 visits & the 6th is free) or purchase a 10 pack (buy 9 visits and the 10th is free). There are no blackout dates. RESERVATIONS
Registration forms will be completed with the information you provide over the phone or via the web. Please make sure all information is correct.
Kidscamp is a pre paid, reservation only program. Payment is due when reservations are made. There are NO Refunds! You may call to reschedule a missed date.
Limited space is available in each class level. To ensure that your child is a part of the program, please call or order online to make a reservation at least 72 hours in advance.
Walk-ins will be accommodated according to spaces available before each session starts.
Please refer to the chart below to find out about the appropriate ability level for your child.
Reservations are available online.
Proof of age is required for children under the age of 5 years.

CANCELLATIONS
Payment is due in full when booking your reservation.
We understand that weather affects plans, children get sick and plans may change: Payment is non-refundable. However, if a reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to reservation date, you may reschedule camp for another day, provided space is available at that time.
If you are unable to attend camp again this season, please call and request a Belleayre Bucks gift card. The balance of your Kidscamp visit will be put on the card and may be used at any time (no expiration) for lift tickets, lessons, rentals or any other Belleayre Mountain programs.
The Belleayre Bucks Card may not be used in the retail shop or in the cafeteria.
Please note:
If your child is ill, please refrain from bringing him/her into our program. If children suddenly develop any flu-like symptoms while in our care, our staff will notify you to come pick them up.

DAILY SCHEDULE
Friday holiday Session: 10:30am
Check-in from 9:30am - 10am
Walk-ins will be addressed between 10:15 & 10:30am.
10:30am Line Coordinator sends groups out.

Groups go out from 1:30 to 3:30pm

CHECKLIST
- Call or order on line to make a reservation in advance, especially for holiday weeks.
- If your child is bringing his or her own equipment, please make sure it fits properly & has had a complete tune-up.
- Snowboards must have a safety leash. Children will not be allowed on the snow without a snowboard leash.
- Get a good night’s sleep and eat a good breakfast.
- Pack snacks if your child is a picky eater.
- Allow adequate driving time for snowy roads and traffic.
- Arrive early to check-in for your session. Reservations will not be honored after check-in time.
- Bring appropriate winter attire: waterproof snow pants and jackets, waterproof gloves or mittens (pack an extra pair), extra socks (one pair only in the ski or snowboard boats, please), thermal underwear, extra layers, neck warmer (no scarves, please ), hat or helmet, goggles, sunscreen. Remember, you can remove layers when it's too warm.
NO BIKE HELMETS! (HELMETS CAN BE RENTED ON THE MOUNTAIN).

9 to 11 am: Groups on snow. Experienced skiers/riders will take first run on Iroquois to verify groups. Line-up Coordinator may adjust groups.
11 am to noon: Lunch. Line-up Coordinator meets with instructors to make any changes for the afternoon.
11:45 am: Instructors are back to get kids ready for the afternoon. On snow from noon to 1:45 pm.
1:45 to 2 pm: Groups come in for sign-out. Instructors write report cards.
2 pm: Parents meet with instructors, sign out.
Session 2 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM
