KIDSCAMP AT BELLEAYRE MOUNTAIN

KIDSCAMP is a fun and safe learning environment. For security reasons, the "Kidzone" is just for kids and instructors. After registration, children are in our care until they are signed out. Please be sure your child is ready for a full day experience. If you are looking for day care service, please contact our nursery.

Be sure to make a reservation. It is important to check in between 8 and 9am. Your space will not be guaranteed after that. Please be sure to allow for sufficient travel time. Failure to arrive by 9am may result in loss of reserved space. Please allow time to complete all paperwork. Children will not be permitted in KIDSCAMP until all paperwork has been completed.

Please respect the safety of KIDSCAMP - Our space is limited and reserved for instructors and children registered in the camp. Once your child is registered they are in our care. Please be sure to have all personal items labeled with your child's name. If for any reason you need to take your child out of the KIDSCAMP, they must be signed out of the program. At that point they are no longer the responsibility of KIDSCAMP.

Sign In and Sign Out - Parents are given bracelets with tags that have corresponding numbers. At sign out time, parents must present the bracelet to the child's instructor and sign their name on the sign out sheet. If you have lost your sign out bracelet, a photo ID must be presented for copy. Your name must match a name on the registration form. Please make sure that all names are written on registration in the morning to make sign out easier.

KIDSCAMP groups will be structured by age and ability levels. For the safety of your child it is imperative that you give an accurate description of their skiing or snowboarding ability. Please do not try to put your child in a group that is not designed for his/her age and ability. Doing so jeopardizes the safety of your child. KIDSCAMP will make the final call regarding which group your child is placed in.

KIDZONE area is restricted to Staff and Children - no parents allowed.

Parents or appointed guardian are required to be at Belleayre throughout the KIDSCAMP day.

Children must be fully toilet trained and out of diapers.

Starting age for KIDSCAMP is 4 for skiers and 7 for snowboaders.

We strictly adhere to age requirements and may ask for proof of age.

No refunds will be made

KidsCamp is now taking reservations for the 2009-2010 season. The tentative opening date for KidsCamp will be Dec. 18, 2009 (Weather permitting) Call 845-254-5600 ext 2444 or 2474 for reservations.
