The Belleayre Farmers Market runs the first Sunday of the month from July 3rd through October 2nd from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, rain or shine. The use of the market is restricted to those who are bonafide growers, craftpersons, and producers of homemade products or other vendors approved by the market manager.

Are you interested in becoming a vendor at our 2022 Farmers Market? Submit an application below! Vendors are only required to complete the Application once for the duration of the 2022 Farmers Market. If you have already applied and are looking to reserve additional daily vendor spaces, you can do so online.

COVID-19 Safety Protocol

  1. Vendors or staff/volunteers are prohibited from entering the Farmers Market if they feel sick or meet any of the following criteria:
    • Been within 6 feet of a person with a lab-confirmed case of COVID-19, or had direct contact with their mucus or saliva, in the past 14 days.
    • Fever of 100 F (37.8 C) or above, or possible fever symptoms like alternating chills and Sweating
    • Cough
    • Trouble breathing, shortness of breath or severe wheezing
    • Chills or repeated shaking with chills
    • Muscle aches
    • Sore throat
    • Loss of smell or taste, or a change in taste
    • Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
    • Headache
  2. Shoppers, Vendors, Staff and Volunteers are required to wear masks at the market and practice social distancing. When able to they must observe 6-foot social distancing.  Vendor’s’ tents will be separated at least 10 feet from one another.
  3. Only Vendors and their staff may handle products. Customers will not be permitted to enter stalls, self-serve, or touch any produce or products until after purchase.
    • Vendors shall not allow the sampling or tasting of any products.
  4. Vendors shall place an empty counter space (preferably a full, blank table) at the front of each vending area, where customers can order and make payment transactions.
    • All Vendors are encouraged to provide a second staff member where possible, one to handle product, one to handle money transactions.
  5. Vendors should try to offer a contactless method of payment via credit card if possible.  Cash boxes (i.e. a type of donation box with slit on top) can be left out on front table and customers can put their money into it themselves.
    • Vendors are encouraged to offer pre-orders with pre-pay online or by phone for quick pick up. Market will provide info via website and social media.
  6. All Vendors must sanitize their stands regularly. At a minimum this shall include: wiping down tables, terminals, cash boxes, etc. Vendors are responsible for their own cleaning products.
    • Hand sanitizer will be available at designated locations throughout the Market.
  7. All vendors must sanitize their hands between each customer transaction.
  8. There will be no music or community events held during any 2021 Farmers Market.
