Summer at Belleayre

Ever so slowly, the rising tide of green washes up the mountain sides a little bit more every day, and the last patch of wintry pearly white disappears off our trails. Memorial Day weekend comes into sight, and a full saturation of summer colors will sweep over the rolling Catskill Mountains by then! Preparations on the mountain have rolled into high gear in anticipation of an action-packed summer season ahead.

Our warm-weather operations will come roaring to life when the Mountain Jam Music Festival makes its triumphant return to the Catskills at the Discovery Lodge June 20-22, bringing a sweet infusion of Rock, Folk, Indie, and Americana acts all weekend long, colliding in celebration of music, freedom, and connection. The following weekend on June 27th, we open up our full range of summer operations including the Belleayre Beach, Scenic Gondola Rides, hiking, and more! Our lineup of events is consistently rolling out, including the free fan-favorite Music on the Belle, Movie Nights at the Beach, and so much more.

Keep in mind, many of our activities and events come as perks with a 25/26 Season Pass, which goes up in price after August 6!

Mountain Jam Comes To Belleayre

Mountain Jam is Alive in ‘25! June 20th through 22nd 2025, as the hills achieve full summer saturation, Belleayre becomes the epicenter of sonic celebration in the Catskills. Stay tuned for updates, and join Mountain Jam’s mailing list at mountainjamfestival.com.

Scenic Gondola Rides

Take the Catskill Thunder Gondola to the summit of Belleayre Mountain for breathtaking views of the Catskill Forest Preserve.
