Next Stop: Summer!

The sun is high in the sky, and we’re watching the trees around us turn a deep red as they bud up, and the final few splotches of white snow shrink smaller by the minute to eventually fade away into the mountainside. Those scattered specks will be back, and as more than just patches! But until then, there is an entire summer season to enjoy, jam-packed with activities and events. We are currently in that shoulder season where we are transitioning our operations, but we can at least begin sharing openings and event dates!

The calendar will be progressing quickly as the days get longer and warmer, and opening date for the Belleayre Beach is currently slated for Saturday, June 15th. A couple weeks later, Scenic Gondola Rides and all of our on-mountain activities including hiking, disc golf, and mountain biking will be ready to go! Within days of our Scenic Gondola Rides taking their first laps, our first event of the summer kicks off with Climb It For Climate on June 30th.

All winter we’ve been getting asked if it’s coming back, and we are excited to share that our Free Music on the Belle is returning this summer! Be ready to kick off each warm weekend at the Discovery Lodge every Friday night with live music from July 12th through August 30th. Some Belleayre staples such as 90 Proof Band, Soul Purpose, The Four26, and die Schlauberger are in the lineup, along with some newcomers such as Cold Spring Harbor, Roadhouse 60’s and Black Dirt Bandits! Music on the Belle is rain or shine – if the weather is less than ideal, we’ll simply be partying inside the lodge.

Just because the snow is gone doesn’t mean so are the good times – there are reasons to visit us all year long! Plus, did you know 2024/25 Season Passholders get a whole bunch of summertime perks including free Scenic Gondola Rides? Secure your pass today to lock in the cheapest rate and take advantage of our complimentary convenient payment plan, with only a 25% down payment. We cannot wait to ramp up our summer operations, and we will be seeing you again soon, just with less goggles and heavy jackets!
