Be sure to have your SKI3 card ready as this deal is only available when you reload. Your 14-digit WTP number can be found on the back of your current SKI3 card. Season Pass Assurance Policy – Available through November 15, 2024

Our SKI3 Assurance policy is designed to offer you flexibility and peace of mind in purchasing your 2024/25 Season Pass. We want you to feel comfortable with your pass purchase and understand things could change for you between now and the upcoming winter season.  For any reason, you may request a SKI3 Assurance purchase credit for your 2024/25 Season Pass through November 15, 2024.

TERMS: • FULL SEASON PASSES have no Blackout Dates. • LIMITED SEASON PASSES are not valid on the following Blackout Dates: December 25, 2024 – January 1, 2025; January 18-20, 2025; and February 15-23, 2025. • MIDWEEK LIMITED SEASON PASSES are not valid on Saturdays, Sundays or the following Blackout Dates: December 25, 2024 – January 1, 2025; January 18-20, 2025; and February 15-23, 2025. • RATES & DATES are subject to change without notice. • 2024/25 SEASON PASSES CAN BE UPGRADED AT ANY TIME by paying the difference between your original purchase and the current price of the desired pass. All Military Discount Passes will be verified by ID.me (ID.me instantly verifies your military status online and you will not have to upload any documents). *******Pass holders who have used their Season Pass (including for lift access and/or pass holder perks) at any time between the date of purchase and the date of the request for a Season Pass Assurance credit will receive an 85% purchase credit.

2024/2025 Pass Perks are valid from May 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025.  All season passes will receive the perks listed below!
Please note for guest tickets who do not already have a reloadable SKI3 Card, a $5 RFID SKI3 Card fee will be applied at the time of redemption.

Mountains Plus Program – Save at other Resorts

Our partner mountains in the Northeast, listed below, have teamed up with us to offer Belleayre and SKI3 season passholders discounted lift tickets at their resorts. Maybe you’re passing by or one of these mountains is an ideal meet-up location for your friend or family group.

Unless otherwise indicated (*), all discounts below are valid directly at the ticket windows with the presentation of your valid season pass.

• 30% Discount at Big Snow American Dream* – East Rutherford, NJ.   Advance notification is required.  Offer valid through August 31, 2024.
  If you are visiting Big Snow American Dream, the passholder must email a photo of your season pass and a photo ID at least 2 days in advance of your visit AND use the provided discount code to purchase tickets online and in advance.

Payment Plan

Take advantage of our convenient and FREE (no fees!) payment plan, available for all 2024/25 Season Passes purchased on or before August 7, 2024 (excluding 6 & Under Passes).

Here’s how it works:

• Pay 25% down on your 2024/25 pass(es) at the time of purchase, then the remaining balance will be broken down into three equal payments.
• Down payments of more than 25% may be made if you wish to lower the amount of your next three installments (not available for online purchases).
• Your Credit Card will be kept on file and will automatically be charged over the next 3 months.

For Online Purchases

Belleayre will charge 25% of your total order on the date of purchase. The remainder will be automatically charged in three equal installments, to occur on the same date as purchased each month following the initial payment. If an initial payment is made on the 31st day of a month, subsequent payments will be on the last day of the months that follow.

For Purchases Made in Person or Over the Phone

Belleayre will charge a minimum of 25% of your total on the date of purchase. The remainder will be automatically charged in three equal installments, to occur on the 15th of each month following the initial payment. Down payments of more than 25% may be made if you wish to lower the amount of your next three installments.

That means your credit is valid for the remainder of the upcoming winter as well as the next season.

*If you have used your Season Pass (for lift access and/or pass holder perks) anytime between the date of purchase and the date of request, you will receive an 85% purchase credit.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Please note the following details for SKI3 Assurance requests:

• SKI3 Assurance is available upon request for any reason through November 15, 2024.
• You’ll receive a 100% purchase credit for your 2024/25 Season Pass on a Snow Guarantee Card, valid through Closing Day, Spring 2025. If you have used your Season Pass (for lift access and/or passholder perks) anytime between the date of purchase and the date of request you will receive an 85% purchase credit or a credit pro-rated out based on the number of times the pass has been used.
• Your Snow Guarantee Card can be used in person and online to purchase Season Passes, lift tickets, lessons, and/or activities at Belleayre, Gore, Whiteface, Mt. Van Hoevenberg and the Lake Placid Legacy Sites.
• All 2024/25 Season Passes are eligible for SKI3 Assurance, including single mountain or limited passes.
• SKI3 Assurance credits will be issued after the November 15, 2024 deadline. Please allow up to four weeks for processing. If you purchased your 2024/25 Season Pass with a payment plan, your purchase credit will be issued after the final payment is successfully made.
