Goatie Whites
Goatie Whites has been a favorite among both locals and visitors alike passing through the town of Fleischmann’s for years and years, beloved for their great food and ice cream. For select Music on the Belle dates and events, Goatie Whites will be on hand as an ice cream stand serving up some sweet treats!
Holy Smoked Meats
“Where there’s smoke, there’s dinner!” is the mantra for Holy Smoked Meats, a BOQ-themed food truck that will be on hand during the second weekend of our Fall Festival on October 12th & 13th. From pulled pork sandwiches, to classic burgers, chicken, and more, those autumn comfort foods will be on point all weekend long!

NYSEF
NYSEF will be taking over the grill at the Discovery Lodge to help fundraise for their winter programs. Burger, hot dogs, and all the summer staples will served up.
It is the mission of NYSEF to provide opportunities for athletes of all ages to reach their potential in snow sports– alpine, biathlon, cross country, freestyle skiing, nordic combined, ski jumping and snowboarding– through professional guidance and financial support.

Waffle Cabin
Take a waffle break!
The Waffle Cabin® was a concept started by Peter Creyf & Ingrid Heyrman. We originally called it “Leo’s – Gaufres de Liège” operating from a pushcart at Quincy Market in Boston in May 1998. After varied results at this location and one at Boston Common Park we decided to try a new venue – ski resorts.
We started in December 1999 and immediately we felt a spark – an enthusiasm for our waffles. During Presidents Week that same season we were given a chance to operate at another resort and the results were the same which was quite exciting.
When our first season was over we contacted other resorts who gave us the go-ahead to sell our product. We weren’t always given the best locations but this just motivated us even more.
