Finding the Right Meeting Space
All of our lodges are available for rent – including the newly renovated Discovery lodge – ideal for formal events, business meetings, educational meetings, theatre and more.
Setups can include:
- Rounds with seating up to 8-10 people per table
- U shaped seating ideal for classroom and boardroom presentations
- Theatre Style Seating for theatre and presentations
Space Includes use of:
- Full bar
- Large “garage style” doors that open up to our side
- Restrooms on the main level
- ADA compliant access to the facility
- A/V equipment
- and more!
Meeting room rental, or function space rental, is a charge applied for use of the space over a period of time. Fees may decrease or increase depending upon the number of people, food and beverage services, audiovisual services needed, etc. Your “set-up” and “tear-down” times (the number of hours you need before and after your event to set and disassemble your space) can also affect charges on function space.
