The 2025/26 Season Long Programs

For Those Who Can Ski or Ride Independently on Intermediate to Advanced Terrain

Next season’s programs will be available to purchase starting on March 5th for our guests who have participated in the 2024/25 Season Long Programs.  You will be receiving an email from us that includes an exclusive link to renew your program for next year.  If you did not receive your email by March 6th, please give our reservation department a call at 845.254.6245.  Programs will be going on sale for everyone else starting online April 1, 2025 at 8am!

For those who can ski or ride independently on intermediate & advanced terrain.

Unlock your potential with one of our season-long development programs.  Our seasonal programs are a great way for you and your child to be part of a fun group of skiers or riders while learning from Belleayre’s top pros.  Whether you are looking to perfect your turns, explore some new terrain, or try something new – we’ve got something for you.  To participate in our seasonal long programs, participants must be able to comfortably ski or ride on intermediate/advanced terrain and independently ride a chair lift, including getting on and off the chair without assistance.

Overview

Hit the slope each weekend with the same group of coaches who gear each session to your needs and learning styles.  Participants will be evaluated on the first weekend and placed in a group with others of similar age and ability.

Ability Levels:
For intermediate to advanced skiers and riders only.

Dates:
Programs will meet Saturdays and Sundays for 10 weeks, from January 3, 2026 through March 8, 2026.

Registration ends on December 14, 2025.  Advanced registration is required and space is limited.

Times:
Mini Explorers, Mountain Explorers, and Instructors In Training meet from 9am to 1pm.
Adult Weekend Workshop meets from 9am to 11am.

Where:
All programs will begin and end behind the Longhouse Lodge.

Helmets:
Everyone participating in any of our season-long programs is required to wear helmets.

Mini Explorers

kids 5 to 6 years old | Skiers Only

This program is intended for students who are skiing a minimum of Roaring Brooke at Belleayre.  These groups are easy Blue to Advanced terrain groups.  Our child friendly Pros will develop their skills while having fun.  These groups will be formed based on similar ages and abilities.

Please note there are times that your Mini Explorer may need to ride the chair with an adult from the general public.

Registration ends on December 14, 2025.  Advanced registration is required and space is limited.

Ages:
5 & 6

Ability:
Intermediate to Advanced.
Children must be able to independently ride a chair lift, including getting on and off the chair without assistance.

Times:
9am to 1pm.
Saturdays & Sundays.

Dates:
Weekends from January 3, 2026 through March 8, 2026.

Where:
Mini Explorers will begin and end behind the Longhouse Lodge.

Mountain Explorers

Juniors Ages 7 to 12 & 13 to 17| Skiers
Juniors Ages 7 to 12 | Snowboarders (Available for purchase over the phone Only)

This program is for solid Intermediate to Advanced, 7–12-year-old Skiers.  Participants will enjoy action packed weekends during this 10 week program with children of similar age and abilities.  This program will develop the skills to improve participants all mountain skills while having fun with new friends.

Sessions are shaped around the various terrain found on the mountain including groomed trails, moguls, glades, steeps, and terrain parks.  Groups are first formed based on age, then on skill level, and there may be times where groups will have varying ages.

Registration ends on December 14, 2025.  Advanced registration is required and space is limited.

Ability:
Intermediate to Advanced.

For kids who can comfortably handle blue terrain at a minimum.
The skier or rider must be proficient at making medium and short radius turns on blue terrain.
Must be able to independently ride a chair lift, including getting on and off the chair without assistance.

Times:
9 am to 1 pm.
Saturdays & Sundays.

Dates:
Weekends from January 3, 2026 through March 8, 2026.

Where:
Mountain Explorers will begin and end behind the Longhouse Lodge.

Helmets:
Everyone participating in the Mountain Explorers program is required to wear a helmet.

Instructors In Training

Teens Ages 13 to 17 | Skiers Only

For Skiers looking toward a future lifestyle in the Snowsports Industry. You will learn the skills and knowledge to become a successful coach here at Belleayre! Learn what it’s like to work as an instructor, even if you have no experience other than knowing how to ski. You will learn to teach all ages and stages of development while improving your own skiing and riding skills. Become familiar with the technical components of teaching; what to teach and how to teach, all while promoting a safe learning environment.  Kids will also develop important skills, such as communication, discipline, and leadership.

Registration ends on December 14, 2025.  Advanced registration is required and space is limited.

Ability:
Advanced.
Must be comfortable skiing on black terrain.

Ages:
13 to 17.

Times:
9 am to 1 pm.
Saturdays & Sundays.

Dates:
Weekends from January 3, 2026 through March 8, 2026

Where:
Instructors In Training will begin and end behind the Longhouse Lodge.

Helmets:
Everyone participating in the Instructors In Training program is required to wear a helmet.

Adult Weekend Workshop

Adults Ages 18 & Up | Skiers only

Are you a solid Intermediate to Advanced skier and want to fine tune your skills?  Our Adult Weekend Workshop is a perfect place to develop your skills.  This 10-week program is a great way to meet other skiers who are interested in becoming more proficient all-mountain skiers.  These programs will invigorate your passion for skiing, help you meet new friends while learning from top notch Pros.

Groups range from intermediate (comfortable skiing parallel on all Blue Terrain) to advanced skiers and are organized by skill level and goals. You will be coached by our highly experienced instructors who provide very personalized attention throughout the season.

Registration ends on December 14, 2025.  Advanced registration is required and space is limited.

Intermediate and above skiers

    • Build your confidence as you move from intermediate to advanced runs, and from beginner to intermediate bump runs.
    • Become more efficient by refining your fundamentals to develop better balance, technique, and consistency.
    • Use a variety of turn shapes and tactics based on the terrain and conditions.

For Advanced Skiers: 

    • Expand your versatility using short, medium, and long turns in varying terrain and conditions.
    • Refine your technique and master new tactics that will help you ski the entire mountain.
    • Explore any challenge on the mountain including moderate to advanced moguls, glades, steeps, and more.
    • Identify your strengths and skill deficiencies to help you fine-tune your technique.

Ability:
Intermediate to Advanced.

Ages:
18 and up.

Times:
9 am to 11 am.
Saturdays and Sundays.

Dates:
Weekends from January 3, 2026 through March 8, 2026.

Where:
Adult Weekend Workshop will begin and end behind the Longhouse Lodge.

Everyone participating in the Weekend Workshop program is required to wear a helmet.
