Current Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have snow tubing?
At Belleayre you can ski, snowboard, cross country ski, and snowshoe/hike on our cross country trails, but we do not have snow tubing at the mountain.
Can I purchase additional tickets on sold out days?
If we are sold out of ticket inventory for a specific day, we are unable to add tickets to your order due to capacity restrictions.
When will additional tickets go on sale?
We are constantly updating our ticket inventory as they become available. Be sure to keep an eye on our store for updates as tickets are on a first come first serve basis.
Can I change the date of my tickets?
At this time, we are unable to edit the dates of tickets that have been purchased. If you know the new date you wish to visit, we recommend purchasing tickets through the online store and we will be happy to refund the original order. Please fill out our Customer Service form with your original and new order numbers. Please note this needs to be requested on or before your arrival date. No credits will be issued for expired tickets.
Can I receive a refund?
If you are unable to visit us at Belleayre, we are happy to issue you a snow guarantee card. A snow guarantee card is like a preloaded debit card that will not expire until Spring of 2022. You can use them on our online store, or for in-person purchases. Snow guarantee cards are also valid at our sister mountains, Gore and Whiteface. Please confirm your order number and mailing address on the Customer Service form and we will send the card in the mail to you right away! Snow guarantee cards must be requested on or before your arrival date. No credits will be issued for expired tickets.
When will snowsports lessons go on sale?
We are currently taking reservations for private lessons and only if you have a prepurchased lift ticket (E-ticket or Frequent Skier Reload Ticket) or a season passholder. The kidscamp full day and half-day programs will not be available for the 2020-2021 season.
