FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When are kids & adult lessons available to purchase?
We will be offering a limited number of kids and adult beginner group lessons for the upcoming season. Reservations will be offered very soon through the website. We are currently taking reservations for private lessons & the family and friends private lessons.
I have not received my season pass yet, how can I get it?
If you have not received your season pass in the mail, don’t worry. On the first day you come skiing or riding, head to guest services and they will print you out a new pass.
I have a Season Pass, do I need to reserve my days?
Reservations are not needed for our passholders. Visit us anytime your pass is valid at the mountain. Also, you do not need reservations to use any of the pass perks including the Bring a Friend tickets.

Lost and Found
If you have lost any item(s) at Belleayre, please fill out the Lost & Found Form below, and our Guest Services staff will contact you if and when your item is returned. Currently, keys, wallets, and cell phones left behind will be held in a plastic bag for retrieval. We will also hold onto and sanitize skis, jackets, boots, and boards and set them aside. Sorry, but other items will be discarded nightly.
Belleayre is proud to support numerous non-profit organizations and school groups throughout our communities and we are happy to consider requests for charitable donations. However, we ask that you submit a request using the donation request form.
Ski & Snowboard Group Trips
A group consists of at least 15 people and reservations are required. Summer gondola rides for groups are also available

Lost and Found
If you have lost any item(s) at Belleayre, please fill out the Lost & Found Form below, and our Guest Services staff will contact you if and when your item is returned.
Due to COVID-19, keys, wallets, and cell phones left behind will be held in a plastic bag for retrieval. We will also hold onto and sanitize jackets, footwear, ski/snowboard equipment and set them aside. Sorry, but at this time all other items will be discarded nightly – this includes gloves, neckies, and all other clothing.
Thank you for your interest in Belleayre. Only the donation request form below will be considered for all donation requests. All required fields must be completed for the form to successfully be submitted to our charitable committee.
Belleayre is proud to support numerous non-profit organizations and school groups throughout our communities and we are happy to consider requests for charitable donations. However, we ask that you submit a request using the form below and along with uploading your organization’s request on official letterhead.
- All requests must come from an official educational institute, school, or university or a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization with a tax identification number. Requests from individuals or commercial entities are not considered.
- Due to the large volume of requests we receive, Belleayre has established a regional policy to provide fundraising assistance to non-profit organizations located within the Belleayre communities first. Additional requests will be made on a base by base case.
- Belleayre does receive hundreds of donation requests every year. We try to fulfill as many of these requests as possible in a timely fashion, but please be aware we cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met.
- Your organization is only eligible to receive one donation per calendar year.
All 2021/22 Season Pass holders (including single mountain and limited passes) are eligible to request a SKI3 Assurance purchase credit through November 19, 2021.
Your SKI3 Assurance credit will be issued after the November 19, 2021 deadline for the full amount of your pass purchase* onto a Snow Guarantee Card valid through Closing Day, Spring 2023. Please allow up to four weeks for processing.
