FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You are sold out of tickets online, can I still come to the mountain and purchase tickets?
If we are sold out of tickets online, regular tickets will not be available to purchase in person at the mountain. If the dates you desire are not currently available, be sure to check back! Based on our evaluation, we may add more tickets to our inventory right up until the day of skiing or riding.
Can I change the dates or get a refund for the tickets that I purchased?
At this time, we are unable to change the dates of tickets that have been prepurchased. We will be happy to issue a credit to reflect the dollar value spent on tickets and/or rentals, minus a $15 transaction fee. Fill out our Customer Service form on or before the starting date of your tickets and a Belleayre representative will email you a virtual gift card.
Do you have snow tubing at Belleayre?
We do not offer tubing here at the mountain. We do offer skiing & snowboarding on our alpine trials. Cross-country trails are also available that you are allowed to x-country ski, hike, and snowshoe on.
I don’t have my WTP number, can you provide it for me?
Are you looking to reload your SKI3 Card online but don’t have your card or your WTP number handy? We have you covered with this step-by-step guide for you to get and easily reload your SKI3 with a season pass or lift tickets. Follow these steps to get your WTP number.
I have reached out via one of the online request forms and have not heard back yet?
There are instances when a Belleayre Representative responds back to a message through email, the message goes to a spam folder. Please check your email spam folder and make sure you add Belleayre to your safe list.

Lost and Found
If you have lost any item(s) at Belleayre, please fill out the Lost & Found Form below, and our Guest Services staff will contact you if and when your item is returned. Currently, keys, wallets, and cell phones left behind will be held in a plastic bag for retrieval. We will also hold onto and sanitize skis, jackets, boots, and boards and set them aside. Sorry, but other items will be discarded nightly.
Belleayre is proud to support numerous non-profit organizations and school groups throughout our communities and we are happy to consider requests for charitable donations. However, we ask that you submit a request using the donation request form.
Ski & Snowboard Group Trips
A group consists of at least 20 people and reservations are required. Summer gondola rides for groups are also available

We will also hold onto and sanitize jackets, footwear, ski/snowboard equipment and set them aside. Sorry, but at this time all other items will be discarded nightly – this includes gloves, neckies, and all other clothing.
Thank you for your interest in Belleayre. Only the donation request form below will be considered for all donation requests. All required fields must be completed for the form to successfully be submitted to our charitable committee.
Belleayre is proud to support numerous non-profit organizations and school groups throughout our communities and we are happy to consider requests for charitable donations. However, we ask that you submit a request using the form below and along with uploading your organization’s request on official letterhead.
- All requests must come from an official educational institute, school, or university or a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization with a tax identification number. Requests from individuals or commercial entities are not considered.
- Due to the large volume of requests we receive, Belleayre has established a regional policy to provide fundraising assistance to non-profit organizations located within the Belleayre communities first. Additional requests will be made on a base by base case.
- Belleayre does receive hundreds of donation requests every year. We try to fulfill as many of these requests as possible in a timely fashion, but please be aware we cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met.
- Your organization is only eligible to receive one donation per calendar year.
