  • Advanced reservations are required and all required liability forms, rental waivers, or any other important forms must be completed before the start of the lesson.

  • Lessons go out on time.
  • Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
  • A parent must remain on Belleayre Mountain premises if your child is participating in one of our programs.
  • Please inform us of any special needs your child may have so that we can best serve your child.

  • Children in the kids programs may ride lifts with members of the skiing public or other Belleayre staff.
  • Regardless of the ability level your child is assigned at registration, Belleayre staff reserves the right to move your child to the appropriate class level if needed.
  • We do not force your children to ski or snowboard. We will try in every way we can to get your children out on the snow, but if they do not want to go, we will not force them.
  • Children’s class levels may change due to weather and conditions.

Additional notes to best prepare for a fun and successful experience in our Snowsports school:

  • Help prepare your child for their day by explaining what they are going to do in our Kidscamp or Kids Group Lessons.
  • Your child will have a better experience if they are well-rested and have a good breakfast.
  • Participants are responsible for their own equipment.  Please label all equipment (skis/board/boots) and clothing.
  • Backpacks are not allowed into Kidscamp.
  • Lessons are held regardless of weather, so please make sure your child is dressed appropriately.
  • While skiing or snowboarding is the primary activity, your child will also learn about on-hill safety, etiquette, meeting and learning with new friends, and the Belleayre environment.
  • We know you’re excited to watch your child ski or ride. However, children often become distracted when they see their parents, especially younger beginner students. If you would like to observe, please do so from a distance so as not to distract program participants.
