Group Information
Group Sales reservations are currently fully booked on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays through March 15. We are happy to welcome new group reservations midweek, Monday through Thursday.
Ski and Snowboard Group Trips consist of 20 or more people arriving by bus. Groups arriving by car cannot be accommodated. For every 20 tickets you buy, you get one for free. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
Rentals and Lessons are not offered through Group Sales. If anyone in your party is in need of one, we strongly suggest purchasing them through the Belleayre website in advance of your trip!

Additinal Information
- Groups – A group consists of at least 20 people arriving to the mountain by bus. Groups arriving by car cannot be accommodated. After every 20 tickets you purchase, you receive 1 ticket for free. Reservations are a must.
- Ticket Pickup – Tickets are purchased in coordination between the group leader and a sales representative. Only the group leader will be able to pick up the tickets.
- Payment Policies – The group leader must collect all money in advance and handle one ticket transaction for the group. Payments must be made in the form of cash, check (made out to Belleayre), VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Other payment methods must be set up in advance. Checks must be made out for the exact amount, money will not be given back on check transactions.
