Ski and Snowboard Group Trips consist of 20 or more people. Save on your lift tickets, rentals, and group lessons! For every 20 tickets you buy, you get one for free. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.

RENTAL NOTE: Be advised any individual that will be renting equipment will need to fill out rental information ahead of time or at the kiosks when they arrive. A parent / guardian / chaperone will need to be present at the mountain to sign for minors under the age of 18. All equipment is rented on a first come first serve basis.

- Groups – A group consists of at least 20 people. After every 20 tickets you purchase, you receive 1 ticket for free. Reservations are a must. Equipment is not reserved and is on a first come first serve basis.
- Ticket Pickup – Tickets are purchased in Group Sales located next to Kidscamp on the ground floor of the Discovery Lodge. Only the group leader will be able to pick up the tickets.
- Payment Policies – The group leader must collect all money in advance and handle one ticket transaction for the group. Payments must be made in the form of cash, check (made out to Belleayre), VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Other payment methods must be set up in advance. Checks must be made out for the exact amount, money will not be given back on check transactions.
- On Mountain Catering – Centerplate offers on-mountain catering for groups of 50 people or more. Centerplate offers catering from Apres-ski wine and cheese, lunch options, to five-course meals. Please call 845-254-6121 to make your catering reservations.
