General Inquiries
For help planning your trip to Belleayre Mountain or any general inquiries, complete the General Inquiries form below.
Customer Service/Purchases
For questions, changes or cancellation requests regarding an order—whether you purchased online or in-person—complete our Customer Service form below.
Lost and Found
If you have lost any item(s) at Belleayre, please fill out the Lost & Found Form below, and our Guest Services staff will contact you if and when your item is returned. Currently, keys, wallets, and cell phones left behind will be held in a plastic bag for retrieval. We will also hold onto and sanitize skis, jackets, boots, and boards and set them aside. Sorry, but other items will be discarded nightly.
Ski & Snowboard Group Trips
A group consists of at least 20 people and reservations are required. Summer gondola rides for groups are also available

Customer Service
For questions, changes or cancellation requests regarding your order, please complete the form below and a customer service representative will be in touch within 48 hours! While we are unable to change the date of tickets, guests will be issued a credit to reflect the dollar value spent on tickets and/or rentals minus a $15 transaction fee for each order.
All ticket requests must be submitted on or before the starting date of your lift tickets. Expired tickets cannot be credited. For Snowsports cancellations, please visit the lesson cancellation policy.
There are times when we experience a high volume of phone calls and emails, especially leading into holiday periods. We appreciate your patience, and our team will respond as soon as possible.

Due to COVID-19, keys, wallets, and cell phones left behind will be held in a plastic bag for retrieval. We will also hold onto and sanitize jackets, footwear, ski/snowboard equipment and set them aside. Sorry, but at this time all other items will be discarded nightly – this includes gloves, neckies, and all other clothing.
