A Temporary Slumber – Summer Operations Begin June 26!

The sun is out for much longer intervals than we usually see in the winter, and we’ve traded in our ski and snowboard boots for sandals and sunglasses. The Season Pass Price Deadline and final echoes of winter are fading out, while a tide of green slowly rises from low in the Hudson Valley, and begins to creep upward on our mountainside. Belleayre lays quiet to the untrained eye for the time being, but the hill is quite alive, vibrating with motion! Our crews are out there every day, ushering the transition to the warm days, and paving the way leading up to our first day of summer operations on June 26!

Local aviaries who have returned to the area will be shocked to learn that humans can fly too, aboard our Scenic Gondola Rides which will be running Friday-Sunday. But for those with a bit more energy to burn, a custom hiking route of your choosing can bring you through our wooden singletrack in the Cross-Country zone on the lower mountain, to sweeping alpine views on the upper mountain. Back for 2026, our 18-hole Disc Golf course is featuring the same layout as last year, providing a fun, technical challenge for experienced players, while also being friendly and approachable for first time throwers.

Just down the hill in Pine Hill is where we are going to be cooling off on those outright sweltering days! The Belleayre Beach also opens on June 26th, operating daily except Tuesdays with all of your water-themed activities. From your typical swimming, to pedal boat rentals, kayaks, and even a funky water trike, all sorts of floatational methods of cruising are there for you!

Also, keep your Friday evenings clear. Back for the fourth year by popular demand, the local-favorite FREE Music on the Belle returns every Friday night at the Discovery Lodge from July 24th through August 28th! Every week will be featuring a new flavor of sonic delectability, with your taste buds dancing along with your feet with food trucks on hand. Not to play the “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened” cliche, but we look back on the winter season we had with a teary-eyed smile, and look forward to soaking in lots of sun, warmth, and good times with our favorite people… we’ll see you once again soon!
